Terms and Conditions

By booking and attending a treatment, it is taken as proof that you have read, understood and agree by the followed Terms and conditions.

It’s appreciated if you are on time for your appointment. It’s impossible to extend any appointments due to lateness, because this will affect other bookings.

If  it is your first time, please arrive 5mins in advance to fill in a form.

1. Only payment by cash is accepted.
2. Please wear appropriate clothing.
3. If relevant, please, bring a copy of your medical permission to have the treatment. Example: pregnacy, postsurgical, osteoporosis…
4. For under 16’s we require a parent or guardian to be present.

According to the code of ethics of the therapists, any information written or spoken in the period of the session is private and confidential.

Please, give your therapist at least 24 hours notice, if you cannot make your appointment or need to rebook it. We reserve the right to charge the full price of your appointment if the cancellation is not within 24 hours. This is applied for any pre-paid treatment.

We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any treatment:

• If we deem any behaviour to be inappropriate
• In the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• If the client has a fever, cancer, flu or an infection.
• If you are less than 3 months pregnant.
• If you have an undiagnosed skin condition.
• If a medical note has been requested prior to treatment and is not presented upon start of treatment, we reserves the right to cancel the scheduled appointment and a charge may apply for this appointment.

We reserves the right to reject any voucher we deem to have been forged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
Vouchers and Packages may not be combined with any other offer.
Vouchers are only valid for a period of 6 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Packages of 10 treatments are only valid for a period of 5 months from date of purchase.
Packages of 5 treatments are only valid for a period of 3 months from date of purchase.
